MVTHS Robotics Team Places 3rd in the World!
Congratulations to Medford's MVTHS Robotics Team for placing third in the world in the underwater robotics challenge and ninth overall at the 2024 MATE World Championship.
Team members, Matthew Harris, Zach Bertocchi, Noah Gibson, Aaron BenDaniel, Tim Hunt, Jonas Wirz, and MIles Hilliard, returned this week from the five day event in Kingsport, Tennessee after competing against 36 teams that qualified for the world championships. The teams represented regions from across the US and over a dozen countries including Hong Kong, Germany, France and Mexico.
The students are proud of their achievements and look forward to earning the right to represent New England again at the next world championships in 2025.
