III. Executive Session

Upon a Motion to enter into executive session pursuant to M. G.L. c. 30A §21(a) . Executive session pursuant to G.L c. 30A (a) (3): the Medford School Committee will convene in Executive Session to discuss collective bargaining with MTA regarding a teacher grievance and the Chair so declares.

Executive session pursuant to G.L c. 30A Section 21 (a) to conduct a strategy session on the basis that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining positions of the Medford School Committee. Specifically, the Medford School Committee will convene in executive session to discuss strategy for potential litigation and the Chair so declares.

Executive session pursuant to Chapter 30A section 21 (2) to conduct strategy in preparation with nonunion personnel or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, specifically but not limited to, Elementary Principals (4), Middle School Principals (2), Medford High School Principals (2), Executive Director of CTE, the Assistant Superintendent of Academics and Instruction, Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Student Services and the Director of Human Resources.

The Medford School Committee will not reconvene in public session following the Executive Session.
