Please be advised that there will be a Full Committee meeting of the Medford Comprehensive High School Building Committee (MCHSBC) in person at the Medford High School Library and via remote participation.

Public Comment Rules

1. Public comment will be limited to three (3) minutes per individual and will be limited to those matters on the agenda.
2. Speakers may only speak once on each topic.
3. The chair may limit comments to two (2) minutes based on the number of individuals wishing to speak. The chair will announce the time limit before the public comment period at every meeting.

(Members may motion to untable a proposal (or proposals) that have not previously been adopted from the list.  Items are removed from the table by majority vote.  Once an item is officially on the table, moving the item forward will require a motion to approve and a second to untable.  Deliberation can then occur, followed by any motions to act on the item.  The committee will consider each category in the sequence listed below.
