New Medford Comprehensive High School Building Project Seeking Owner’s Project Manager
City Seeking OPM

MEDFORD - The City of Medford and the Medford Public Schools are seeking the services of a qualified Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to provide project management services for the design and construction for the New Medford Comprehensive High School Building project.

Procuring an OPM is the first step of the Feasibility Phase as outlined by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) process. Medford was accepted into the Feasibility Phase last month, where the city and MSBA will partner to find the most educationally appropriate and fiscally responsible solution towards a new Medford High School.

The Request For Services (RFS) form may be obtained from Medford City Hall Chief Procurement Officer Fiona Maxwell. She can be reached via email or phone 781-393-2465 or by mail at the following address:

Fiona Maxwell Chief Procurement Officer, Medford City Hall

George P. Hassett Drive

Medford, MA 02155

Parties interested in bidding for the project must submit their proposals to Fiona Maxwell by 12 p.m. on April 4, 2025. For more information and required documents surrounding the OPM bid proposal, please Visit Here

An optional information briefing and walk-through of the current Medford High School is scheduled for March 26 at 3:00 p.m. for parties interested in becoming the project OPM. Visit Here to confirm your attendance via email.

While participation in the Feasibility Study is not approval of a new Medford High School, procuring an OPM is a mandatory step that continues the process towards creating a new school for the students of Medford. For further information about the project, Visit Here
