Objective: to prepare recommendations for the School Committee's December 15, 2025 Regular Meeting regarding district-wide capital planning initiatives. 

1. Roll Call
2. Capital Plan
   1. Review and update last year's capital plan
   2. Review this year's input process from building and district leaders
   3. For each project, identify if the following apply:
      1. Capital Projects Eligible for Community Preservation Act funding;
      2. Capital Projects Eligible for Net School Spending;
      3. Capital Projects Not Eligible for Community Preservation Act or Net School Spending
   4. Prioritize the individual items within each list
3. Public Input on Report, Suggestions, and Next Steps
4. Adjournment
