Please be advised that there will be a Full Committee meeting of the Medford Comprehensive High School Building Committee (MCHSBC) in person at Bistro 489 at Medford High School, 489 Winthrop Street and via remote participation.

Public Comment Rules

  1. Public comment will be limited to three (3) minutes per individual and will be limited to those matters on the agenda.
  2. Speakers may only speak once on each topic.
  3. The chair may limit comments to two (2) minutes based on the number of individuals wishing to speak. The chair will announce the time limit before the public comment period at every meeting.
