Sick Bank

The Sick Bank, as referenced in Article 15, Section C on page 45 of the CBA, is open to members of the MTA once a member has exhausted their own cumulative sick leave. To use the sick bank, please follow the steps below. 

Step 1: Sick Bank Opt In

In order to be eligible to use the sick bank, members must complete the Sick Bank Opt In Form. Members must volunteer a minimum of 5 sick days for their accumulated sick time in order to be eligible to apply for the use of the bank.
