Media Department Work Order Form

For MHS/MVTHS please use this Media Department Work Order form  for media requests in the high school building. Events during the day require a minimum of 3 school days advanced notice. After school events require a minimum 2 weeks advanced notice as this would allow us to offer suggestions or make additional provisions if necessary.
