Task Force
The MPS Afterschool Task Force provides community-rooted recommendations and oversight to ensure equitable, high-quality, and accessible afterschool programs in Medford Public Schools. Through collaboration, consistent dialogue, and routine meetings, the Task Force works together towards:
- Promoting community and family engagement in decision-making.
- Aligning afterschool programming and policies with student and community needs.
- Participating in the development and monitoring of program metrics.
- Advising on resource distribution and communication.
